Please join Allegri Ensemble and Hobart Chamber orchestra on Sunday 4 June at 3pm in St David’s Cathedral, Hobart, for a program celebrating composers from the Baltic states: Pärt (Da pacem, Domine and The deer’s cry), Vasks (Pater noster) as well as Bach’s O Jesu Christ, mein’s Lebens Licht, Tallis’ If ye love me and Sancte Deus, and Faurés Cantique de Jean Racine.
Hobart Chamber Orchestra conducted by Emma McGrath, will delight with Górecki’s Three pieces in olden style and Grieg’s ever-popular Holberg suite.
